Messy Haul: 2 Super Sulit Finds from Lazada

I honestly don’t know how many times I order online in a month.

(And I am supposed to renounce all forms of shopping to save money. But don’t worry; this parcel I ordered early this month pa.)

I pride myself on being able to spot bargain finds a mile away, but I was especially pleased with these 2 things I ordered from Lazada because even I couldn’t believe they cost so little! Here they are:

1. Crayola Color and Draw Kit with Free Enfagrow A+ Four Powdered Milk Drink 350g

We’re homeschooling this year, and one thing that I learned from our first month of doing so is that you can never have enough art materials. Which is why I’m always looking for good deals when it comes to them. I was randomly browsing the Crayola section at Lazada when I saw I think four different art sets. That wasn’t extraordinary in any way, but I also noticed that all of them came with a free Enfagrow A+ milk.

Formula milk was actually not a staple at home, but I’ve been giving preschooler milk to Yuri ever since he started having frequent nosebleeds. I was concerned because what if his nose bleeds during his class in Eye Level and I wasn’t there? Formula milk had higher iron content than ordinary milk (please correct me if I’m wrong), and now the nosebleeds are almost totally gone.

Anyway, my eyes grew huge when I read the words “Enfagrow” and “free.” Free milk, everyone! And the contents of the art kit were not bad either. Lookie!

The Crayola Creative Box, a Crayola Marker & Watercolor Pad, and a free box of Enfagrow Four A+

Marker & Watercolor Pad, Mighty Marks washable marker, Crayola washable glue, Crayola washable crayons, Crayola washable kids’ paint, and 6 pieces Crayola pencils

All these for just a little over P400. P400! The Crayola washable paint alone costs P250, and the 350-gram Enfagrow costs P370 in our local grocery! Not bad at all.

2. Stradmore Home BlogBerry Planner Kitchen Notebook

I was contemplating on getting two or three more Crayola sets to keep as Christmas gifts for my godkids (believe it or not, I already bought a couple of Christmas gifts in advance hehe), but I decided to get one first just in case the deal turns out to be too good to be true.

So I scoured the aisles of Lazada and stumbled upon planners. I have a penchant for planners (in fact, I’m already on my 3rd one this year…), but I wasn’t planning on buying more. However, I saw Stradmore’s Home Blog Berry Planner on sale! I had eyed this at the beginning of the year but now, I couldn’t say no to it because of the low, low price.

This wasn’t a new planner. In fact, I think it’s been there since 2014? But it didn’t matter because this planner was not dated (I made sure to check the pages on Stradmore’s FB page hehe); therefore, you can use it any year you want. Here are some of my favourite features inside:

And these are only some of the features! I love, love, love the pages. It’s so useful to me and to all homemakers! Obviously, a mum designed this because it has everything you could ever need. Guess how much this was? It was on sale from P450 down to just P99!

But I made the same blunder again. Because I wasn’t sure whether this was a too-good-to-be-true deal or not, I only bought one. This could’ve been the perfect gift to my mummy friends — and it wouldn’t have burnt a hole either.

I checked Lazada again right after I received (and giddily opened) my package to buy more of these. However, both the Crayola set with free Enfagrow and the Stradmore Home BB Planner were already sold out. On the other hand, it’s entirely possible that I bought the last stocks of these products so I wouldn’t have been able to buy more anyway. Sayang!

Or maybe I can send Stradmore a message? *fingers crossed*

PS: I also earned rebates from this purchase because I used ShopBack (use my referral link to sign up and get P100 on your first purchase). Oh diba, tipid kung tipid!

I usually buy diapers from Lazada whenever they’re on sale. I didn’t think of checking other stuff. Too bad, I was not able to get the Crayola set. Would have been great for my little Z… I will include that in my watchlist from now on. 🙂
